Please take care of your personal belongings, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

FARMHOUSE ETIQUETTE
- We kindly request that you refrain from plucking flowers or fruits, as this can damage our property. A fine may be imposed if this rule is not followed.
- Please handle our equipment and property with care, as any damage or loss will be charged to your account.

AMENITIES
- Gas stove (without cylinder)
- Barbecue stand
- Refrigerator (please contact our staff for access)

GUEST CONVENIENCES
- Please bring your own sports equipment (e.g., bat, ball, shuttle rackets, etc.)
- A deposit of ₹2000/- is required for using indoor games, which will be refunded later after usage.

CHILDREN'S SAFETY
We love having children around! However, please keep a watchful eye on them to ensure their safety.

Children’s Pool: 2.5 feet depth
Adults Pool: 3 to 7 feet depth

Please Note:
- No lifeguard on duty
- Adults should accompany kids when they are in the pool
- No diving to avoid any risk
- Showering is mandatory before and after entering the pool
- Clothes which don't fade color should be used in the swimming pool
- Keep a watchful eye on children
- Anything lost/missed is not our responsibility

Get Ready to Cue Up! To ensure a fun and fair experience for all guests, please follow these simple rules:

1. Safety First!
No pushing or shoving around the table. Let's keep it friendly!

2. Take Turns!
Players alternate turns. No skipping turns or jumping in out of order.

3. Rack 'em Up!
The break shot is taken from behind the head string. Make it a good one!

4. Call Your Shot!
Clearly indicate which ball you're aiming for. No sneaky shots!

5. No Fouls!
Don't touch the cue ball with anything other than the cue tip. No nudging or pushing!

6. Pocketing!
A ball is considered pocketed if it falls into a pocket. No fishing for it!

7. Scratch!
If the cue ball is pocketed or leaves the table, it's a scratch. Opponent gets ball-in-hand.

8. Time Limit!
Each player has 60 seconds to take their shot. Don't get too comfy!

9. No Coaching!
Keep advice to yourself. Let players make their own shots.

10. Respect Equipment!
Handle cues and balls with care. No slamming or throwing!

11. Clean Up!
Please wipe down the table and put away cues and balls after use.

Penalties:
- Failure to follow rules: Warning, then loss of turn
- Intentional fouls: Loss of game
- Damage to equipment: Compensation for damages
